闫鹏帅，男，汉族，中共党员，博士生导师，河南农业大学校聘教授，入选河南省高层次人才，小麦玉米两熟高效生产全国重点实验室骨干成员。主要从事玉米铁元素等营养强化基因的克隆与应用、玉米关键农艺性状的图位克隆与功能解析等工作。以第一作者的身份发表《Science》1篇，首次解析NAC转录因子和金属转运蛋白共同组成一个分子开关控制铁元素进入玉米籽粒，其研究成果入选2024年度中国农业科学十大进展、2023年中国植物科学重要研究进展等。担任New Crops青年编委。
