1998年批准为硕士研究生导师，指导全日制硕士研究生已毕业15名、现在读7名，指导在职和推广硕士研究生已毕业4名，现在读1名；2004年批准为博士研究生导师，指导全日制博士研究生已毕业3名、现在读2名。

1983.9—1986.6，在河南农业大学作物遗传育种专业攻读硕士学位；

   2002.9—2005.12，在河南农业大学作物遗传育种专业攻读博士学位。

 

河南省作物学会、遗传学会理事；河南省遗传学会青年工作委员会主任；郑州市第十一、十二届政协委员；河南省民盟科技经济工作委员会委员。

 

 

 

 

主持国家转基因生物新品种培育科技重大专项、科技成果转化和河南省重大（点）科技攻关、科技成果转化、自然科学基金、国际科技合作、新世纪优秀人才支持计划和企业合作等项目，参加国家863、973、科技支撑计划和河南省重大科技专项等项目，荣获河南省科技进步奖5项，主持选育出首批通过国家审定首例通过河南省审定的专用型爆裂玉米杂交种豫爆2号、首例通过河南省审定的优质玉米杂交种玉油1号、通过河南省和安徽省审定的高淀粉玉米杂交种豫玉20号、通过河南省审定的高产密植型玉米杂交种豫单2670。荣获河南省青年科技奖和河南省青年科技创新杰出奖，被评为“全国巾帼标兵”、河南省“优秀青年科技专家”、河南省首届“百名巾帼科技带头人”、河南省“三八红旗手”、河南省粮食生产先进工作者、“农作物核心论文作者”、 河南农业大学优秀科技工作者和河南农业大学“十佳师德标兵”。
